I made you this. Here's how to make the next one from your phone.

It takes about twenty minutes to set up on your laptop. After that, you can make and change videos from your phone.

Before you start

This is my setup. Make it yours.

I've packaged up the skills and habits I use every day, so you don't start from scratch. They suit how I work.

As you find your own way, ask Claude to change them. In a few weeks they should fit you rather than me.

Claude runs on your laptop and your phone is a window onto it. That's why the laptop has to stay awake.

Keep your laptop awake when it's plugged in.

If your laptop is asleep, your phone can't reach it. After this step, leave it at home on charge, with the lid shut if you like, and your phone will work anywhere. On battery it sleeps as normal, so it won't run flat.

It asks for your Mac password. Nothing appears as you type; that's normal.

Then right-click T3 in the Dock and choose Options → Open at Login, so it's always running.

Put T3 on your phone.

  1. On your laptop, open T3 → Settings → Connections. Sign in and turn on T3 Connect.
  2. On your phone, install the T3 Code app and sign in with the same account.
  3. Choose your laptop, open Snyp and send a message.
  4. In the phone app, turn on Settings → Notifications → Device Notifications.Your phone then tells you when Claude has finished or needs you. To test it, ask Claude something, lock your phone and wait for the alert. No alert? Ask Claude to check T3's notification settings on the laptop.

Your message appears in the same thread on your laptop.

Tap the mic on your phone's keyboard and say who the video is for, why it matters and what good looks like. Don't tidy it up. You'll say far more than you'd type.

Its questions bring out things you hadn't thought to say. Once it has enough, ask for the video itself. If you ask for a brief, you'll mostly get your own answers back.

Post it yourself. There are two ways to add sound.

TodayAdd a song in TikTok Your video is in the Google Drive app, in Snyp videos. Download it to your phone, upload it in TikTok and choose a song from Commercial Sounds, about a million tracks TikTok lets businesses use for free. You won't get a voiceover this way.
LaterAdd a voiceover OpenRouter is the best way I've found. It's a separate pay-as-you-go account, so set a spending limit. Paste this and Claude will walk you through it:

When you correct Claude, ask it to remember. When one of my skills doesn't fit how you work, ask it to change the skill.
